Background and Discussion:
The project is to construct waterfront structures, pedestrian bridge, parking lot, boardwalk, trail, parking lot, lighting and landscape in both Deussen and Eisenhower Parks. It also includes the construction of a two span, signature pedestrian bridge with parapet panel crossing West Canal between Deussen and Eisenhower Parks.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, and other various construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
