Background and Discussion:
This project includes the installation of approximately 240,000 linear feet of sidewalks at various locations within Precinct 4. HVJ Associates Inc. will provide construction materials testing services needed to support the project in construction.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete and various other construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
