Background and Discussion:
The implementation of this agreement with Oracle America, Inc (PJ166062) is for Enterprise Resource Planning System for Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA). This service is a critical piece in integrating and achieving business solutions that will improve HCTRA’s IT Infrastructure and Networking Environment. The County wishes to amend the Agreement to include additional funds to purchase Cloud Services Credits for the TxDOT project and our UAT/Training Environments within OCI to ensure all data and networks are supported.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this amendment will allow optimization of HCTRA’s data and server management, applications, and software support.
