The Office of the County Engineer has requested to obtain a structural engineer to provide design phase documents for the demolition of the 1301 Franklin Street Building located at 1301 Franklin Street, Houston, TX 77002.

The project will allow for a future facility to be developed as a Court Complex, parking garage and/or County Courthouse.
