This is a renewal for 21/0026 - E-rate Service Provider(s) for Dedicated Internet Access Services and Leased Lit Fiber Services. The Harris County Public Library (HCPL) utilizes these services to connect staff and constituents to the internet and to connect all library branches to the servers at the 406 Caroline data center.
