Background and Discussion:
Precinct 2 requested that the contract be amended to increase the limit of appropriation with Atlas Technical Consultants to provide processional engineering services in connection to various projects across Precinct 2. This court action will enhance Precincts ability to perform various professional engineering services related tasks for efficient project delivery.
