Background and Discussion:
The Fry Road Undercrossing project encompasses the construction of various pedestrian amenities along Fry Road, South Mayde Creek, and east/west sides of Fry Road, both north and south of South Mayde Creek. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a pedestrian undercrossing at Fry Road. As a result of a utility conflict impacting the project’s construction schedule and budget, the project will be redirected in a different direction.
Expected Impact:
The improvements along Fry Road and South Mayde Creek will not be constructed, and a different approach will be pursued for the project.

Court may elect not to rescind the award, and HCED can explore additional options.
