Background and Discussion:

Community engagement requirement and auxiliary public outreach support services. Qualified firm shall support HCFCD in delivery of comprehensive engagement and communication services on various projects as assigned to support the 2018 Harris County Flood Control Bond Program. The purpose of these efforts is to provide transparent and accessible public information about the Bond Program.

 

Expected Impact:

This fundamental undertaking will include a researched outreach strategy, planning and messaging, and engagement with partners, elected officials, stakeholders, and the general public. This will provide an opportunity to collect and incorporate input, to raise awareness on flood hazards and safety issues and to support the implementation of certain elements of the Harris County Flood Control Bond Program.
