Background and Discussion:

Commissioner’s Court approved an award on November 14, 2023 to Kleen-Tech Services, LLC for Janitorial Services at Various Locations for the Harris County Toll Road Authority. Due to an immediate need (building move-out), HCTRA initiated a change in contract in November and January to update the service locations. This is request is for a change in contract transmittal for the service location changes previously done.
