Background and Discussion:

The purpose of this amendment is to complete the Design Documentation Report (DDR) related to Project Brays from D100-00-00-G005. Since this is for Engineering Services, there is no specific prioritization framework score or quartile under the 2022 Prioritization Framework approved by Commissioners Court.

Expected Impact:

This amendment is needed to produce documentation for the Flood Control District to be reimbursed by the US Army Corps of Engineers for funds spent by the Flood Control District for engineering and construction of Project Brays.

Alternative Options:

The alternative to this agreement being approved is that we will need additional in-house personnel to support the work to be performed, which will cause significant interruption and delays in reimbursements.

Alignment with Goal(s):

_ Justice and Safety

_ Economic Opportunity

_ Housing

_ Public Health

_ Transportation

X Flooding

_ Environment

_ Governance and Customer Service
