Background and Discussion:

The Flood Control District has concluded the initial planning and development of the Comprehensive Total Asset Management Program and testing limited implementation of asset inspection and planning in three watersheds.   The next phase of the project will include the necessary development, configuration, and integration of the CMMS software selected by the Flood Control District, building upon the three watersheds already completed, and producing a maintenance lifecycle plan for assessed District assets.

 

Expected Impact:

The Flood Control District is seeking an amendment to the agreement for the continuation of the development and implementation of the Comprehensive Total Asset Management Program district wide.

 

Alternative Options:

Alternative options include choosing to not continue this service, which would end the current effort to develop and implement a Comprehensive Total Asset Management Program.
