Background and Discussion:
This project is located in Addicks Reservoir watershed in Northwest Houston, approximately half a mile east on FM 529 from the intersection of the Highway 6 and Spencer Road (FM 529). The Utility Agreement will provide adjustments to streetlights required by the project.
Expected Impact:
This utility agreement provides adjustments to streetlights. The fiscal impact for this project will come from the 1080 Funding for the Recovery and Resiliency Division subdivision projects. No impact to project schedule or staffing is anticipated.
Alternative Options:
The County could elect to fund the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if not approved, the homes in the project area will be without streetlighting.
