Background and Discussion:
The County wishes to engage HDR Engineering, Inc to conduct Study and design of hike and bike trail (with amenities) along HCFCD stream P118-19-00&02 from Keith-Wiess Park at Orange Grove Dr to Aldine Mail Route Rd (approx. 6,200') and optional sidewalk along Gloger St from Orange Grove Dr to Aldine Mail Route Rd (approx. 3,400'), right turn lane from NB Gloger St to EB Aldine Mail Route Rd (approx. 550'), standing lane along west side of Gloger St from P118-19-00 to Aldine Mail Route Rd (approx. 1000'), and parking lot at Keith-Wiess Park (with amenities).
