Background and Discussion:
The project includes the construction of approximately 11,400 LF of 6 ft wide sidewalks along both sides of Woodforest Boulevard. The project limits are from Redstone Street to Freeport Street. Equistar Chemicals has agreed to provide the letter of no Objection but requested a signed copy from Commissioner's Court.

Expected Impact:
This action allows the continuation of the contracted work and provides pedestrians a continuous sidewalk path.

Alternative Options:
No action will result in substandard construction and prevent sidewalk continuity.
