Background and Discussion:
The project includes road construction at Greenhouse Road from south of Cornerstone Arbor Drive to south of
Cypress North Houston Road for Harris County Precinct 3.
This change in contract includes:
• Cost of Flex Bam Guardrail End Treatment ($16,000.00).
Expected Impact:
Change allows the Contractor to be compensated for work completed in accordance with drawing and Precinct requests.
