Background and Discussion:
Provide reconstruction of Market Street from Bayway Drive to West Sterling Avenue in the City of Baytown. This project is a partnership with the City of Baytown awarded from the 2022 Precinct 2 Partnership program. The Goal of the project is to enhance mobility and safety for all road users, support existing businesses and increase access to parks and recreational opportunities.

The project will improve mobility for residents, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
