Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on January 25, 2022, with McDonough Engineering Corporation in the amount of $1,108,925.98. One amendment was made to the contract on November 29, 2022, in the amount of $82,720.00. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination.
