Background and Discussion:

Project consists of the reconstruction of several asphalt roadways in various locations within Precinct 2. This agreement includes inspection services and field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ascertain specification compliance.

Expected Impact:

This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on construction materials to support the construction of the improvements. This agreement will ensure the construction material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
