Background and Discussion:
To meet Revive2Thrive vision of Precinct 2 for empowering communities and creating opportunities to existing neighborhoods, the project will design for Vehicle Lanes, Bike Lanes and Parking improvements within existing Right-of-Way to enhance traffic, bicyclists, and pedestrian mobility.
