Background and Discussion:
To consolidate existing licenses and procure new licensing for an enterprise agreement for Monday.com work productivity software used by Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity, Resource for Children and Adults, Office of County Administration, County Attorney's Office, Commissioner Pct. 1, 2 and 4, Justice Administration, Justice of the Peace, Fire Marshal, Community Services, Universal Services, Human Resources and Risk Management, Public Health, Engineering and Flood Control.

Expected Impact:

By consolidating the contracts in place by various County departments and establishing an enterprise agreement, Harris County is able to save approximately $57,000 annually and remain in compliance with split purchase procurement guidelines.

Alternative Options:

Continue with separate licensing model but the County won't be able to realize cost savings due to economies of scale.
