Request by the Sheriff's Office for approval to submit an application to the Office of the Governor/Criminal Justice Division for grant funds in the amount of $319,902, with a required match of $80,344, for the FY 2025 Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.
end
Background and Discussion:
This grant would provide funding for 4 victim advocate positions and a civilian victim advocate supervisor position. The grant period would be October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Expected Impact:
This grant will enable the Sheriff's Office Domestic Violence Advocacy to continue providing victim assistance.
