Background and Discussion:
Commissioners Court accepted the FY2022 HIDTA award on July 19, 2022. The first modification was approved by Commissioners Court on August 23, 2022 decreasing the award by $19,100.00. The second modification was approved by Commissioners Court on November 15, 2022 increasing the award by $270,000 for the payment of AT&T Data Analytics Services. The third modification was approved by Commissioners Court on August 29, 2023 increased by $10,000 for the new ET - Overdose Response Investigations Squad Initiative for the Harris County District Attorney's Office to cover overtime funds. This decrease of $134,054 will reduce the grant of any unexpended funds which will be moved to other HIDTA initiatives within Harris County.
