Background and Discussion: This contract is for debris monitoring services following disasters. The contract was awarded by Court on March 30, 2021. This is the third renewal of the contract.

 

Expected Impact: Renewing this contract will allow the County to have pre-positioned debris monitoring services, which will lead to more effective and efficient response to disasters. The contract is not pre-funded. Funding is determined upon activation of the contract.

 

Alternative Options: The County could not renew the contract and attempt to procure debris monitoring services at the time of an event.
