Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) aims to increase access to its Mobile Health Services and Programs among priority communities. To achieve this goal, HCPH will host four or more Wellness on Wheels events per fiscal year, one per precinct starting in FY2024.?Harris County Public Health (HCPH) and The Common Market will collaborate to deliver farm fresh boxes and bulk foods from small and family-owned farms to communities in need at no cost, enhancing food security and promoting public health.
