Background and Discussion:
The National Development Council (NDC) was procured to create Single-Family Rehabilitation Program with Non-Profit Subrecipients Operational Guidelines for the Treasury ARPA - Affordable Housing Portfolio. These guidelines were drafted with input and approval from Housing and Community Development (HCHCD) staff and from the Treasury ARPA Housing Focus Area Team and Steering Committee. HCHCD seeks approval of these operational guidelines for the purpose of beginning the Single-Family Acquisition/Development and Resale Program Guidelines for the Treasury ARPA-Affordable Housing Portfolio.

Expected Impact:
Approval of these operational guidelines will allow the Treasury ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio Single-Family Acquisition/Development and Resale Program to move forward. No fiscal impact to the County is anticipated.

Alternative Options:
