Background and Discussion:
The district has received correspondence from HRGreen, Inc. on behalf of the City of Pasadena, requesting that the district transfer easements on G110-00-00 to the City of Pasadena as part of their plans to improve drainage for the area by replacing the existing open channel with a constructed underground storm sewer.

Expected Impact:
The proposed underground storm sewer replacing the existing open channel is expected to improve drainage for the area.

Alternative Options:
No alternative options. If HCFCD does not transfer easement to the City of Pasadena and no storm sewer improvement is constructed. The channel upstream of SH-225 remains an open channel maintained by HCFCD.
