Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on 1/25/2022 with Terra Associates, Inc in the amount of $467,265.78. Since then, the consultant’s name has changed to Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. One amendment was made to the contract with Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. on 11/15/22 in the amount of $16,032.50. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $225,409.92 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
