Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on October 23, 2019 with Isani Consultants, LP for an amount not to exceed $729,502. Harris County entered into two amendments made on January 25, 2020 for $764,372.00 (addition of $34,870) and on March 14, 2023 for $929,993.40 (addition of $165,621.40) to the contract. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $62,755.00 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
