Background and Discussion:
This study will identify proposed improvements along identified corridors, determine improvements ranking order of magnitude and benefit to the communities, and determine scoping for each project within the Tomball Area. The study limits include: south of Farm to Market 2920, west of State 249, north of Boudreaux Road, and east of Telge Road. The study consists of the following six major thoroughfares within the Tomball Area: Boudreaux Road from Rocky Road to Telge Road; Telge Road from FM 2920 South (Waller Tomball Rd.) to SH 99 (Grand Pkwy.); Holderreith Road from SH 249 to Telge Road; Alice Road from SH 249 to Calvert Road; Medical Complex Drive/Treichel Road from SH 249 to FM 2920; and Shaw Road/Calvert Road from FM2920 South to Boudreaux Road (3.25 mi.).

Expected Impact:
The result of this study will provide planning-level recommendations for future CIP Precinct improvements. The objective is to improve the six corridors, which would provide the best impact for transportation mobility, within the area.

Alternative Options:
To invest in community and mobility improvements without a study.
