Background and Discussion:
This project is located in south Harris County, inside Beltway 8. Hiram Clarke is a proposed Major Throughfare on the Major Throughfare and Freeway Plan. The scope and proposed improvements include construction of a four-lane concrete boulevard roadway with storm sewer from approximately 900-feet south of Anderson Road to the Anderson Road intersection. New sidewalk is proposed on both sides of Hiram Clarke Road from Anderson Road at the north and to Summerlyn Drive at the south. Construction materials testing services are needed to support the project during construction.
