Background and Discussion:
Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for administering the Ryan White Program. The GY 2024-2025 Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) in the amount of $7,977,471.00 from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section. The current grant year (GY 2023-2024) funding ends on February 29, 2024. The 2024-2025 Grant is effective March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025.
Expected Impact:
The current grant year base funding under the County's Ryan White Part A grant is $26,724,267.00. The full Federal GY 2024-2025 Ryan White Part A grant award is anticipated to be at or near current year funding levels. The GY 2024-2025 partial Notice of Grant Award in the amount of $7,977,471.00 is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
