Background and Discussion:
The goal of the project is to maximize the detention volume prior to a significant rainfall event by pumping out the water thereby increasing the available volume.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and various other construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
