Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on 1/4/2022 with Othon, Inc. in the amount of $1,251,992.42. No amendments were made to the contract. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $555,664.56 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
