Background and Discussion:
Construction of sidewalks at West Lake Houston Parkway from Summer Lake Ranch Drive/Stillwater Retreat Lane to approx. 450' north of Fintry Hills St. Construction will be done in 2 segments. Precinct 3 commits to funding 60 % of the construction cost for each segment and will contract, manage, and utilize Precinct 3 contractors to construct the project. HCMUD No. 499 commits to contribute 40 % of the construction cost and will initiate the design, survey, and permitting for the sidewalks and fully fund the design. HCMUD No. 499 reserves the right to change the length of design and cancel segments with Precinct 3's consent. Any utility issues that are identified during design will need to be coordinated and vetted prior to construction.
