Background and Discussion:

The project includes the construction of 6,899 linear feet of underground drainage utilities, excavation of proposed detention pond and reconstruction of concrete and asphalt driveways and roadway in the Aldine Village (West) Subdivision and Oak Glen (West) Subdivision Drainage Improvements - 2018. HTS, Inc. Consultants will provide construction materials testing services to support the project in construction.

Expected Impact:

This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
