Background and Discussion:
On September 27, 2022, Commissioners Court approved an agreement with Asakura Robinson Company, LLC in the amount of $784,201.02. This First Amendment increases compensation and payment from $784,201.02 to $1,488,645.14. HCTRA received a significant amount of community input and several additional community needs have been identified. Additional funding is needed to explore the feasibility and conceptualize the newly identified needs which will be presented to the community at a second workshop.

Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
