Background and Discussion:
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 120 applied for a permit to install a storm sewer system within the new development of Parkwest Central Townhomes for the purpose of drainage improvement for this new development in addition to onsite parking.
Expected Impact:
This proposal will be a positive impact for drainage for the surrounding community, future development as well as roadway.
