Background and Discussion:
This agreement has provided janitorial services to Harris County Region 2 locations operated and maintained by BOS formerly FPM. The services included routine cleaning and floor maintenance services as well as some special cleaning and biohazard services.
Expected Impact:
This agreement is essential in maintaining safe, aesthetically pleasing facilities for both County personnel and
Harris County constituents that visit our facilities to conduct business. A renewal of this agreement will ensure that all buildings in Region 2 do not experience a stop in janitorial services and continue quality services to all Harris County facilities.
Alternative Options:
There are currently no viable alternatives for the renewal of this agreement. Not extending this contract will result in Region 2 Harris County facilities to not be cleaned.
