Request for approval to decree that the Harris County Flood Control District project serve a public purpose and public necessity requires that the Harris County Real Property Division be directed to acquire eight fee simple tracts for the public project known as Little Cypress Creek Sub-Regional Frontier Program, for the purpose of channel improvements.
