Background and Discussion:

Additional right-of-way is needed for maintenance and future drainage improvements in the watershed were identified based on the Q134-00-00-P001 Advanced Feasibility Study.

 

Expected Impact:

The future drainage improvements are part of an ultimate drainage solution identified in the Q134-00-00-P001 Advanced Feasibility Study.

 

Alternative Options:

The alternative should this not be approved is that the district will not be able to acquire the right-of-way under this project.
