Background and Discussion:

This is a non-competitive announcement for Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS) Facilities and/or Equipment (“Construction”) Projects that will be funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Office of Federal Assistance Management (OFAM).

HRSA’s mission is to improve health outcomes and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative, high-value programs. Congress appropriated funding in the FY 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act (P.L. 117-328) for CPF/CDS projects that support the construction and renovation (including movable equipment) of health care and other facilities.
