Background and Discussion:
On May 27, 2021, Harris County Public Health (HCPH) was awarded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) the Harris Cares: Embrace HOPE (Healing, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Equity) grant to prevent and control COVID-19 infection (or transmission) among populations at higher risk for COVID-19 and that are underserved, with a focus on racial and ethnic populations and rural communities. The Program Evaluation project will provide evaluation services for the CDC-funded “Harris Cares: Embrace HOPE (Healing, Opportunity, Prosperity, Equity) project for Harris County beginning approximately May 16, 2023.
Expected Impact:
The Program Evaluation project will create an evaluation plan and subsequent reports detailing key data collection and statistical analysis findings.
