Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes construction of a standard 4-lane concrete boulevard section on Schiel Road, from East of SH- 99 to West of Fairfield Place Drive.

 

Change includes installation of temporary 60-inch RCP under driveway:

 

                     REIMBERSMENT OF COST FOR INSTALLATION OF 60 INCH RCP ($3,840.00), 0 days

Expected Impact:

 

Change allows the contractor to be compensated for temporary 60" RCP included in the scope of work and not accounted for in the unit bid items.

 

Alternative Options:

 

Reduce width of detour asphalt pavement and risk an unsafe driving condition.
