Background and Discussion:
The Commissioners Court renovation consists of relocating court from the 9th floor of the Administration Building to the 1st floor. Scope includes supporting pre-function lobby, enhanced security, conference rooms, private restrooms, and A/V necessary to accommodate the functions of the court. This change in contract entails Changes associated with added AV equipment for Swagit system integration, revised 19" monitors and tilting stands at main court desk, fixtures and trims in the women's restroom, FDC relocation, exterior concrete landing and handrail, providing modified rough-in for the conference table and a dedicated circuit for the BAS controller.
