Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes the construction of traffic signal at intersection of West Road at Windhaven Lake Drive/Lone Star College Driveway.  Changes include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes and 103 calendar days for reasons as follows:

-                     103 additional days due to field conflicts and delays due to delivery of materials associated with the traffic signal.

 

Expected Impact:

 

Changes allow for decrease in existing items of work to complete the project in accordance with the original intent of the project and in compliance with Precinct requests.

Increase the scope of the project to utilize the unused funds.
