Background and Discussion:
Project includes road construction at Greenhouse Road from south of Cornerstone Arbor Drive to south of Cypress North Houston Road for Harris County Precinct 3.
Change includes time for fabrication of replacement bridge beams in accordance with the revised design.
* ADDITIONAL TIME FOR FABRICATION OF REPLACMENT BEAM PER REVISED DRAWING (305 DAYS).
Change includes cost for connecting a 24-inch RCP directly to an exiting RCB.
