Background and Discussion:

Request for approval of the Ordinance of Harris County, Texas, Regarding Licensing of Junkyards and Automotive Wrecking and Salvage Yards on September 15, 2009 (“Ordinance”) and subsequently adopted and approved amendments to the Ordinance on September 15, 2009, September 1, 2013, and May 11, 2021.
