Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Toll Road Authority’s (HCTRA) mission is to responsibly operate and maintain a safe, reliable, sustainable, and evolving mobility system that meets the diverse connectivity needs of all Harris County residents. This Katy Managed Lanes LED DMS contract will repair, replace, and maintain the operation of the toll rate signing along the Katy Managed Lanes.
Expected Impact:
This contract will ensure that the toll rate signing is operational to display accurate toll rates for toll road patrons.
Alternative Options:
None. Re-bidding the contract will result in the Katy Managed Lanes LED DMS signs not having maintenance.
