Background and Discussion:

The purpose of the project is to improve the drainage and reduce the structural flooding risk in the Memorial Hills Subdivision.

Expected Impact:

The project is to provide flood relief to the Memorial Hills Subdivision through the capturing of overland flows entering the subdivision from the adjacent commercial tracts with the proposed swale and underlying storm sewer system.

Alternative Options:

The only alternative option considered for this area is to not provide drainage improvements which would continue to leave this subdivision at greater flood risk.
