Background and Discussion:
These fee dedications are part of an interlocal agreement with the City of Houston. The Harris County Flood Control District will dedicate seven fee properties adjacent to D112-00-00 to the City of Houston for use in their neighborhood flood risk reduction project. The City of Houston will do all future maintenance of these properties.
